Has anyone seen and got this issue resolved before?įor those interested in the issue and the troubleshooting I have done, please feel free to read below. How to escalate or raise a complaint against my existing cases raised? If anyone is able to let me know if there's either the following that would be great:Ī Development team/advanced support or Level 3 or 4 team I can speak to? (pref UK number if via phone) Issues impacts both Webmail and mail clients. I'm posting here after trying several other channels to try and resolve an issue with one of our Outlook Microsoft365 family mailboxes that isn't able to send emails and receiving mail is also slow/delayed.
